Cancel your current provider
Cancel your existing contract within the notice period. We are happy to share a template and timing tips.

Send proof of switch
Email us the cancellation confirmation or your last invoice along with your Twint number at andris@yourstorebox.com with subject WHH Winterthur. As soon as your contract starts with a 3-month term, we transfer CHF 50 to you via Twint.

Move and store
Boxes into the lift, code on your phone, done. Stefan or Philipp are on site for onboarding.
What to clarify with your old provider

Notice period and form
How long is the notice period, in writing or via the portal, and by which cut-off date it must arrive.
Move-out date and final cleaning
When the unit must be empty and broom-clean. Who inspects the unit on site.
